Multi-Channel Pay-In Platform

Developed a scalable and secure Pay-In system enabling customers to make payments through Cards, UPI, QR, and Net Banking channels. The platform provides seamless real-time tracking, secure authorization, and comprehensive analytics for merchants, ensuring smooth payment experiences and operational transparency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engineered a robust payment flow integrating UPI, QR, Cards, and Net Banking using modular gateway connectors.
  • Designed and implemented real-time notifications with Socket.IO and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for transaction updates and user engagement.
  • Integrated role-based access control (RBAC) ensuring secure multi-level permission handling for admins and merchants.
  • Built transaction logs, refund tracking, and settlement dashboards with filters and dynamic reports for analytics.
  • Optimized Redis caching and asynchronous queue jobs to achieve low latency and high throughput under concurrent user load.
  • Implemented API-driven architecture using Laravel and Node.js, supporting webhook integrations and third-party gateway callbacks.
