Bulk Payout Automation Platform

Designed and developed a secure, scalable payout and settlement platform that enables instant disbursements across Bank Accounts, UPI, and Wallets. The system ensures real-time visibility of transaction statuses and supports automated reconciliation with high accuracy and compliance. Integrated advanced monitoring and alert mechanisms to enhance operational reliability and maintain financial transparency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Built and optimized a real-time payout and settlement system capable of handling concurrent transactions through JWT-secured APIs, Redis caching, and Socket.IO for live transaction updates.
• Developed automated settlement and reconciliation workflows using Queue Jobs and Schedulers in Laravel 11 and Node.js to ensure continuous, high-reliability operations.
• Implemented role-based access control (RBAC) for secure authorization and permission management across different user types including admins, finance teams, and API clients.
• Designed modular service architecture for transaction management, allowing seamless integration with third-party payment gateways and banking APIs.
• Integrated transaction tracking, audit logging, and webhook callbacks to support reconciliation and ensure complete traceability.
• Optimized database queries and background jobs to enhance performance under heavy load, achieving sub-second response times for most API endpoints.
• Worked closely with stakeholders to design intuitive dashboards displaying settlements, refund logs, and live transaction insights using charts and real-time notifications.
